Update on the launch of the new Dues/Assessment payment system for 2026. There was an erroneous email sent out by ForeShore Property Management today Jan 16, 2026. There was also a retraction email that followed late this afternoon.

New instructions and a new email will be resent next week, that will include information on how to create a new login in their system.

That login will allow you to use the bank draft ACH payment method rather than having to use a credit card and pay a transaction fee. 

The ForeShore Property Management payment platform should be used instead of the old payment processing capability on this website, we also encourage you to use the electronic payments method rather than writing and mailing a check. But should you just really want to write a check ForeShore will accept and process your check, send it to their PO Box as identified in the instructions.

Other than Our Covenants & Bylaws and Construction Requirements pages (which answer common questions from real estate agents and prospective buyers), access to this site is only available to Telfair Plantation property owners. By requesting to become a member of this community, you agree to abide by the Interaction and Discussion Guidelines posted on this website and honor the privacy provided by this forum.

IMPORTANT: For those lot-owners with joint ownership, please create ONE account with both persons' names and emails. This will create ONE account with TWO logins that both share the same password. Each individual will log in using their personal email and the shared password. By eliminating duplicate accounts, we can ensure only one vote/response is recorded per lot when we conduct our surveys. In addition, bills for POA fees are created only once per account.
